This project help to preserve cultural

traditions and craft skills, while teaching

women about the American free enterprise system,

and furnishing much needed income to their families.

An indirect benefit will be the building of a sense of

community  amoung families that have been torn

from their homelands, and are often afraid to

interact in their new settings.
